The friendliness of the staff, their availability, and their care. Mr. Bagus welcomed us very well. The pool was great, with clean and fresh water. The area was very peaceful despite being located 5.2km from the center of Ubud.
Due to the heat, we found some cockroaches in the ground floor bathroom. Some towels were a bit dirty. However, it did not affect our stay as the friendliness outweighed everything.

“Very Enjoyable!”
We liked the location. It was off the main road and quiet as we requested. The pool was clean and the rooms were spacious. The friendly staff helped us arrange scooters, which are necessary for getting around from the villa. We enjoyed our stay here and even though we didn't order breakfast every day, they provided us with a small snack to start the day. Some good restaurants within walking distance.
The communal kitchen was a bit dirty, but it didn't bother us much as we weren't using it to cook, etc. Employees stay on the property, which we were not aware of. Overall, very nice!
