Location, check-in instructions. Administrator is friendly.
Worn and torn apartment. Cracks everywhere. Bed sheets not cleaned when asked. Cleaner has no own key so you need to exchange it. Apartment smells like cigarette smoke while it is forbidden to smoke. Not worth the money.

The location is excellent being so close to the Lippo Mall and shops in Kemang. Many restaurants and good food and drinks. Pleasant crowd and a great sense of security. The room basically has everything and is well furnished. Bed sleeps well. Room apartment has a nice view over part of Kemang, Jl Kemang Raya, etc.
Sink in the bathroom drained poorly, reported and fixed very quickly. Bathroom itself is fine. Kitchen has no hot water, difficult to clean a plate or pan properly with only cold water. Kitchen otherwise has everything, well furnished and sufficient plates and bowls. Cooking is also fine, everything is clean and complete.
