“Totaler Reinfall.”
Die Lage.
Bei Ankunft war das Objekt insgesamt nicht gründlich gereinigt. Im Schlafzimmer waren leere Flaschen und sichtbarer Schmutz unter den Betten. Die Küchenutensilien (Besteck) war durch Wasserschaden an der Decke nicht benutzbar. Keine Gläser vorhanden. Töpfe stark verschmutzt und z.T. nicht benutzbar, da defekt. 2 Wasserschäden in der Küchedecke, an einer Stelle tropfte Wasser auf die Küchenarbeitsfläche. An den Schränken fehlten Griffe. Die Treppenstufen waren z.T. defekt (Verletzungsgefahr). Die Couchgarnitur war defekt. WiFi war sehr schlecht, insgesamt geschätzt 60 % Totalausfall. Klimaanlage war 2 x defekt, wurde beim 2.Mal gewechset. Beim Handtuchtausch wurden mehrfach verschmutzte geliefert. Matratzenauflieger und Matratze waren versifft. Wurden nach Reklamation getauscht. „Privatpool“ wurde durch 4 Parteien genutzt. Nur 2 Liegen vorhanden. Bei einem unsachgemäßen Gasflaschentausch, trat danach Gas aus. Die Energiebereitstellung war mehrfach unterbrochen, weil nicht vorausschauend aufgeladen wurde. 2 x Wassertotalausfall, da Pumpe ausgeschaltet war. Insgesamt hoher Zeitaufwand durch mich, aufgrund der Reparaturen und Mängelbeseitigung.

Nice villa in a quiet area. Easy walk to Icon Bali, night market and beach. Clean and comfortable. Managers were quick to respond to any questions.
The kitchen needed some maintenance, such as new handles on cupboard doors. It would have been nice to have some pantry basics like salt , pepper, oil.

The seclusion... almost.
Pool was small but overlooked by neighboring flats ...... Maybe next time we will have more time and confidence to swim. No trash can in the bedroom.
