Gorgeous view, excellent staff. The villa owners and staff were always in touch.
Power outage. The power was out for half a day once. The lights, water, electricity, refrigerator, and air conditioning were not working. It's tough in the heat, but the staff tried to fix everything quickly. The jacuzzi in the pool wasn't working, but we didn't really need it. Monkeys often come around. There's a wild cat that came into the house under the roof. And dogs that constantly roam the villa complex.

Spacious villa, secure area, delightful ocean view from the window. In the evenings, paragliders soar beautifully over the ocean. Green area. Monkeys freely roam the area and can be observed in their natural environment. However, for some, this may be a negative point :)
Very tired furniture and equipment. Especially in the bathrooms, where much of the equipment doesn't work, there's a sewage smell. The villa's equipment is quite modest. But the owner is accommodating and provides new equipment upon request. They brought us an iron with an ironing board, new pans and pots, dishes. The pool is purely decorative. Very dirty. Especially after attempting to turn on the jacuzzi - chunks of black dirt would spew out of the nozzles. We didn't dare to swim in the pool, although the maintenance staff tried to clean it. In my opinion, unsuccessfully. Very tired terrace. When we arrived, nails were sticking out of the boards, making it unsafe for our one-year-old child to be on the terrace. We had to call the staff to fix it. The villa is located very far from any infrastructure. It's impossible to walk to cafes or beaches. Only by taxi or private transport. Keep this in mind when choosing this accommodation.
