“Perfect hotel to visit Ubud and its surroundings”
We stayed 5 days in this hotel and our stay went very well. The room was spacious, with a private terrace overlooking the pool. Everything is calm, there is no noise.
There was quite a bit of humidity, but that is due to the climate of Ubud. This city is located inland and the climate is quite heavy.

Very convenient location, Ubud palace can be reached in 10 minutes on foot without encountering uncomfortable situations, good breakfast, super nice staff, they kept our luggage even after check out, well-organized taxi services available, nice and usable pool, room cleaned upon request
You cannot open the bathroom window as there are no mosquito nets, the door leaves a slight gap, but overall the number of insects is low. Bed sheet cleanliness could be improved

“Basic accommodation”
The breakfast was decent and served on our balcony which was nice.
We stayed one night then moved to a new villa as it wasn't up to our standard. Good cheap option for young people / people traveling without little kids but our experience was not it. Check-in was hard, communication was poor and the staff didn't speak English. I also left some things there and the manager was not responsive to me, luckily the host at the next place contacted them for me and was able to retrieve my belongings for me. Also, our son moved a box under the sink that seemed to have a big ant's nest in it and dirt and ants came pouring out. Yuck!
