Great communication and Service from KozyStay....The apartment itself is large and in a good location part of Kemang Residences adjacent to Lippo Mall which makes it very convenient for shopping, restaurants and cafes.
All good....

Location and facilities. There is a gym and a swimming pool that are nice and that we can use.

That it is close to the shopping center. Everything always at hand when you need something.
The communication between their teams was poor, I had to answer the same things 2 or 3 times from different teams of the apartment, bureaucratic hassle. It went so slow. If I didn't cooperate, they wouldn't let me in even though I paid a week in advance. And I reported about cockroaches, but so far no feedback heard.

Makes landing in Jakarta easy for westerners. You are almost in a bubble staying here. An upscale western style "mall" district. Later in our stay we wanted to be more amongst the madness but it was great for the 1st couple nights. Nothing fancy but still a good size 2 bedroom apt. Hopefully they fix the drainage in the shower which was the only issue.
Both showers flooded the entire bathroom, so we used one for showers and one for everything else. This should be fixed easily enough.
