Terrible experience from the start. While I was already coming from the airport, the host refused to tell me which tower, lobby, or room level, leaving me stranded at the lobby with my luggage. No chairs, no resting area, zero help. Check-in was a joke. They kept demanding my passport and refused to accept my booking confirmation screenshot. Everything was handled through WhatsApp — not professional, not trustworthy. The unit was disgusting. Toilet smelled horrible, sofa was dirty and made me itchy. Clearly not cleaned properly. Location is awful — constant traffic jams. Even food delivery riders don’t want to come here because the area is too chaotic. Save yourself the stress. Do NOT stay here. From 🇸🇬🇸🇬🇸🇬
