Great location. Wonderful receptionists at the Residences reception most helpful. Regular servicing by lovely cleaner. Sun on the balcony late afternoon. Busy street view to watch street life from the top floor Great access to the Jayakarta pools and restaurants. Close to beach
Only a microwave no ability to cook in a pot or pan. My friends apartment had a portable hot plate. Noise from the Fat Budda and the bar over the road very loud on some nights. Tired interior however price reflected this. Shower over the bath and no hand holds not great if you are getting on in life. Water cooler there but did it not cool the water however there were two fridges available.
