From the moment you walk into the Villa it has the most amazing set up. Rooms surround the swimming pool with daily cleaning - cleaning crew and management are exceptional and willing to assist. I was able to message management by whatsapp for any requests. Filtered water and ice provided at the Villa. The Villa is close to Revolver Restaurant which has the best breakfast, lunch and dessert options. All shops and restaurants are easily accessible. The kids loved the pool and spa.
One of the external showers leaked when we had heavy rain.

1. Very good location
1. Arrived at the Villa at 5pm, but no one was there. A group of people stood at the door of the Villa for half an hour waiting for someone to open the door. 2. There were 2 rooms with water leaking onto the bed. When I notified the service staff, they only replied "thank you" 3. After it rains, small insects will fall from the roof of the room on the second floor 4. The room cleaning is not done every day, but once every two days. 5. This villa has 7 rooms. The whole villa, including the living room and dining room, has only one room with a TV. 6. We were not allowed to talk to the service staff on the phone. We could only send messages 7. This 4-night stay cost nearly NT$130,000, which is totally not worth it

Ground floor roof as someone walks in the first floor can be heard loud in all the 4 bottom rooms.
