“Great location and comfortable stay”
We love the location of Villa Juma in Abdi gangway. The gangway feels safe and is generally well lit up by the lights from the warung. It is quite narrow so if you want a taxi you may have to walk to the end of the gangway but that wasn't an issue for us. Many restaurants and spas within easy walking distance. Having Warung Bule across from the villa was great. Extremely easy if we wanted a meal. The pool was good. Its get quite a bit of sun each day so the water temperature was great. Airconditioning worked well in all areas. The villa was very clean. The property managers were very responsive with any questions we had.
The villa is getting a bit run down in areas. There were only 4 of us so we stayed in the 2 bedrooms downstairs as the spiral staircase to the upper bedroom doesn't seem very safe at all. The upstairs bedroom was the nicest room but we decided to forego using this room. I don't know how we would have gotten our luggage up there. Just something to consider if you need all 3 bedrooms. We enjoyed the pool but the step to get into it is quite big. Not good for little legs. There are a few minor things that could be done which I think would improve the experience of staying there.
