The villa & private pool were beautifully finished & felt luxurious. Loved that there was a filtered (bottled) water machine which had access to cold & boiling water in the kitchen! The villa staff & house keeping were beautiful & so accommodating.
Noisy day & night as there is a scooter hire place directly next door. Main door doesn't full seal, so we had quite alot of mosquito's in the villa. Not easy to walk places from location, had to get grabs everytime we went somewhere.

We loved the drivers Yoyok and Putan! And we loved Sendy, thanks for being so kind and generous!! The artworks in the villa are beautiful, the whole villa is really beautiful and comfortable, i love the beds nice mattresses and ensuit in every bedroom.
The downstairs bedroom we didn't have to use but it did have a issue with smelling musty, but I'm very fussy with smells it might not bother most people. The big windows upstairs could do with a blind on it as heaps of sun streams in during middle of the day and hits the couch so made me not want to sit there sometimes.

Loved the decor of the place, the size, fully equipped kitchen and bath essentials, large TVs with Netflix. The staff, especially Koming, was great to deal with, always responsive and polite, and professional. He was always available to help if needed, and cleaning was offered daily! Simply, a very comfortable stay overall!
Not much really, if I could suggest a couple of improvements to consider: - hairdryers need upgrading (the one in room on level 1 was missing the whole head) - rain shower was great but would flood the floors outside of the shower area, would be great if you could install the hand held showers at the shower area (note that for 2 of the bathrooms on level 2, there is that option at the bath tub area 😊) The only other thing that troubled us (only cos we are light sleepers) is the calling of the roosters nearby wee hours in the morning and throughout the day, and dogs barking in the middle of the night.
