The view of the rice paddy was nice. The layout of the villa was really functional. The architecture and the furniture looks really nice and gives a premium feel. The staff were really friendly.
The bathroom in bedroom 2 was constantly wet because the shower and sink area don't drain correctly. The water trapped in the shower had visible clumps of algae floating in it. We had to wash our feet separately after getting out of the shower. We were really looking forward to leaving that bathroom behind. The pool slowly turned green during our 5 nights. We only swam twice because of this. The sink in the kitchen also caused water to spill all over the bench and run into the floor, causing more mold / algae and a constantly wet floor in the kitchen. Given we're always barefoot indoors, we all just started avoiding as much of the wet areas as possible. The cleaning before we arrived wasn't great. There was visible peanut sauce on the dining table when we arrived that got on all our bags and papers.
