“We left 3 days early and payed for a hotel closer to the beach in Sanur”
It was a lovely villa on first arriving .. it had a washing machine and Netflix the pool area was lovely .
Location was terrible unless you have a motorbike or want to grab cabs all the time as it’s a distance from the things in Sanur we wanted to do on vacation . Also there was a big broken tile in the entrance to one of the villas covered by a mat my friend tripped on it ..matainance problems .. doors not locking .. gaps .. fan not working ..mouldy smell in my villas bathroom .. wasn’t cool in the main living area .. mosquito as it’s open to the elements with an open area .

The space is large, the swimming pool is large, the kitchen is fully equipped, the refrigerator is very large, there is a water dispenser, there is a washing machine, the hairdryer needs to be found, the safe is in one of the rooms' cabinets, needs to be found, there is a floating breakfast basket, you can make your own breakfast and take photos of the floating breakfast, Danny is friendly, upon arrival at the accommodation, contact him, he will come immediately, give us the gate remote control, overall it is a very beautiful accommodation, but there are some drawbacks, it would be better if they could be improved
1. The hot water supply is limited. After one person showers, there is no hot water for the next person 2. There is a cracked floor tile in one room, covered with a mat 3. Originally expected the floating large mat shown in the photos, but upon arrival, when inquired with Danny, he mentioned that the mat had been torn by a guest, which was very disappointing as it was one of the highlights of choosing this accommodation. Hope that if it is no longer available, it should not be shown in the photos 4. Although there is a washing machine, laundry detergent is not provided, need to buy it outside, which is less convenient 5. No indoor slippers 6. Only body wash is provided on the bathroom wall, no shampoo 7. The water quality is poor, our showerhead filter turned black from white

Villa Luna was lovely for our stay in Sanur. The pool was lovely, beds comfy and every amenity thought of. The host was helpful and responded very quickly

Great property! Pool was perfect temperature! Location was a little bit out of the town but were able to get cars into the town centre.
