The interior was stylish. I requested multiple time changes for towel replacement, preparation and payment for the floating breakfast, and they were flexible in accommodating. Overall, the atmosphere was good, and the pool was clean and nice.
One of the three rooms had a lot of mosquitoes. It was good that there was insect repellent, but I thought it would be better if this area had been more protected. Also, there were no chairs or furniture on the second floor, so I felt it would be even better to have a sofa or desk to relax a little.

Location, new and well-decorated villa. Very clean, very large pool. We rented scooters which made it easier for us to visit. I recommend!!

“Good but False Advertising”
The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Whenever we needed something, they brought it immediately and were always happy to assist us. The villa was also very clean, and the location was great. We were especially happy with the staff and their service.
Our biggest disappointment was the second floor. There was no sofa, sun lounger, or any furniture that would allow us to actually use and enjoy the space, so the entire second floor felt almost unusable. We also booked this villa specifically because it was advertised as having three bedrooms. However, the third bedroom was significantly smaller and had far fewer facilities than the other two rooms. It did not even have a sink where we could wash our hands. We raised this issue with the management and explained that we felt the difference between the rooms was unfair, but unfortunately, they did not offer us any solution or compensation. The staff were wonderful, but we were disappointed with the management and the way our concerns were handled.

The villa was spacious and the staff were friendly.
Unfortunately, you don’t get what you pay for. We specifically booked this property because it was advertised with rice field views and a rooftop terrace, but our villa had neither – instead, we looked directly at a concrete wall. The cleanliness was also disappointing. The pool was dirty and needed attention, and the bathroom/shower areas were not properly cleaned. A sun bed was also missing and took several days to arrive. The staff apologized, but the main issue was never resolved. For the price, we expected the villa and experience shown in the listing.
