“Aesthetic villa that is very comfortable and peaceful”
The villa's design is very unique, creating an aesthetic and highly Instagrammable atmosphere. The pool area is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the ambiance is very peaceful for relaxation. The facilities are complete and make you want to stay longer
Overall, it's really good. Perhaps the only downside is the slightly narrow access road to the villa, but it's not a big issue because it's compensated by the comfort inside the villa

“Do not book here! Noise from construction site NEXT to the villa, Dirty, old, no communication when issues arise”
There was nothing to like. This is NOT a new villa! I hardly ever write reviews, but everyone should know this before booking this villa
There are ongoing construction works right next to the villa that continue all day long. With very heavy equipment running all day. I'm not exaggerating, we couldn't even hear each other, it was so loud!.. we were not informed about this at all.. not nice. Otherwise, we would have made a different choice, as we also need to work and relax. One night the power went out. I left it for the night and didn't contact the accommodation because I didn't want to wake anyone up. When I tried to contact them in the morning, there was no response. There has been no communication since. The bathrooms are downright filthy. There are glasses with toothpaste residue from previous guests and there was even a dirty towel in one of the bathrooms. Everything is old and rusty with mold in the grout. The bedrooms smell of damp and mold. When we arrived to check-in after 22 hours of traveling, there were people at the door. We had no idea who they were. When we opened the door, these people just walked in and started walking around. 10 minutes earlier we had received a message from the accommodation asking if a viewing could take place. I had not responded yet, but it turned out these people were real estate agents. There was no supervision from anyone at the accommodation and we didn't understand what was happening.. a very strange situation.. and rude people who just walked into all the rooms with their shoes on and touched our things.. I would like to add more photos of the misery here, but I can only upload 4.

This property is sooo so nice. Couldn't recommend enough, so peaceful. Definitely the nicest property I found in Bali for the price. 10/10. They even let me check out late as my flight was later in the day

“Beyond expectations”
Everything was amazing!!! The villa is new, clean, really nice for pictures and very aesthetic, it has 3 individual rooms with big beds and private bathrooms. Showers include shampoo and body soap which I thought was a very nice touch, and AC in each room. Common area with kitchen and TV room, big nice pool outside. It went way beyond my expectations and it is an amazing value for the price. Honestly a 1000/10 experience and the staff are amazing, they came to clean the pool and were super respectful. Very responsive and amazing treatment, we felt like queens here! I absolutely loved everything here and would love to come back and stay here again. Highly highly recommend this place!!!!
Nothing, it is AMAZING!!!
