“We all really liked it, even extended our stay at the villa.”
Silence, tranquility, presence of neighbors, but we couldn't hear them, maybe only us)) the villa has everything you need: two smart TVs, a rice cooker, a blender, a minimal set of dishes. Pool and room cleaning was done every 2 days. Towels and bathrobes were changed, they were fragrant unlike many others where it smells unclear. Safe, mostly all appliances were visible and accessible. Each villa was locked with two keys, plus the main entrance.
The bed linen had stains a couple of times, well, I understood it's not their fault, but the laundry service they use. Inconvenient entry from the road to the street leading to the villa - too sharp and narrow.

“Definitely recommend the villa!”
The villa is great, spacious. Liked the open kitchen, it's unusual and nice to be outside in any weather, on a comfortable sofa. This type of kitchen has its peculiarities - animals and geckos become residents of the villa 😁 It was not critical for us, even cool when a big gecko came to the villa, we named him Gennadiy 🦎 Comfortable shower, excellent plumbing. Quiet air conditioner, amazingly conveniently located, didn't blow us off the bed or directly in the face. Big plus! The fridge is quiet, spacious, the cooler works. Didn't check the stove. The pool is cleaned twice a week, it almost always remained clean. Villa cleaning was done twice a week, cleanliness was moderate :) But the shine was not expected, after all, it's not a 5* hotel. The pool is good in depth, size. The villa's territory is clean, treated for insects, if they start bothering - the issue is quickly resolved. Beautiful greenery and flowers on the villa 🌺 Next door - a school, a temple, and of course, roosters 😁 Roosters wake you up splendidly at 6:30, just accept this fact in Asia. On Sundays, there is a service all day in the temple, this has its plus - you don't have to go on an excursion to the temple 👏😂 Convenient parking for bikes, under the roof, rain is not scary and the bike is under cameras. There are cameras in common areas on the villa - reception, parking, the path between the villas. Of course, there are no cameras on the villa itself, everything is private. There is no safe in the villa either, but our money, passports, and jewelry were completely safe, which we are very happy about. Despite the difficulties with the noise of the purification system, the villa staff is excellent, our other issues were resolved quickly and with care. Even the issue of noise from neighbors (this is our subjective impression, we thank the villa team for their caring attitude towards conflicts among guests).
A significant downside - our requests were heard, but not always immediately. The noise of the pool purification system was particularly critical, it hummed first in our villa, then in the neighboring villa. The purification system turned on about 8 times a day for 1-1.5 hours. The first activation was at 7 in the morning. The noise was strong, gave me a headache. The issue was resolved after 2-3 conversations with the staff and involving the villa owner.
