I booked this place after reading all the positive comments about the property and how good the staff was. Well one of the best things about this place is their staff. Andre was excellent and made my stay much better with all the help he gave me. I would highly recemmend it.
The pool was much smaller than the pictures.

The manager was super friendly, check in was fast and easy, and it is in a good location in Jimbaran. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, the ac worked well, and the hot water was nice and hot.
Parking was a nightmare for our drivers, but we managed.

The room was worth the price. I stayed in a room with a window and a sitting area, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay, and they also offer bike rentals, so it was very convenient to rent a scooter directly from the property.
