The villa is VERY dirty: the furniture is dirty and broken, the bedsheets, the towels were stained.
Staff member was unwilling to resolve issues and displayed insolence.
Surrounded by ongoing construction, which detracts from peace and enjoyment.
The villa is nothing like the pictures or description, more like a cheap guesthouse.
Limited amenities, many issues that were not disclosed prior.
Charged 50% for a cancellation after experiencing numerous issues; not worth the cost.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Disappointing experience overall; felt scammed by false advertising.

It's an amazing experience staying here. The villa is well maintained and clean. Other than the location which is alittle down the slope, and away from the hustle bustle, all things on point. Tanah lot is a very close by.
Location is secluded. Walking to nearby cafes is impossible. But grab around is easy.
