The pool is large with an overflow and a sublime view. The spacious rooms offer a breathtaking view and each has its own bathroom. The owner is very responsive. From the opening of the front door...
A bit isolated, but the view is worth it. A few bees come out at night if you have the lights on. To avoid this, let the sun completely set without light, then turn them on.

Most likely the best view anywhere I stayed. Selong Belanak beach is very close. Best beach in my opinion. Calmer area than Kuta (less food choice though). House was clean, comfy, good parking area. Each room has its own bathroom. Well furnished and maintained. I'll be back!

Unfortunately, the accommodation did not meet our expectations in several aspects. Cleanliness and Hygiene The cleanliness was overall rather inadequate. A noticeable film had formed on the pool water surface, so we could not use it during our stay. Also, the dishes were not completely clean, and there were dead insects on the cabinets. Condition of the Basement The basement was particularly negative. The bathrooms there smelled strongly of sewage and should be thoroughly cleaned or even renovated. In addition, there was a very high humidity throughout the basement, accompanied by a distinct mold smell. Facilities and Room Layout The room layout seemed not very practical for our needs. We practically did not use the upper floor. Also, the kitchen is significantly undersized for occupancy with six people. Another point of criticism concerns the washing machine: Although it was listed in the amenities, additional money was demanded for its use. This was incomprehensible to us. General Condition of the Accommodation Overall, the building is clearly showing its age and has various noticeable deficiencies. The furniture in the pool area is also heavily worn and does not give a well-maintained impression. Conclusion In summary, we were disappointed with the accommodation. Due to the mentioned shortcomings, we even considered moving out early and looking for another place to stay. We would not consider booking again.
