Beautiful and modern facilities. Incredibly gorgeous site, with the foliage, palms, coconut trees and rice terraces. Picture perfect. Outdoor kitchen and living area, the pool, the Bluetooth sound system.... all exceptional. Private, yet close to everything.
No hot water in one unit(#4). The bathroom wall paint in our unit, #3, had splattered all over the plants and was poorly applied. It was badly done. No one could explain to us how to use the cooktop or the oven/microwave unit. Literally, the last day there, we found instructions on the top shelf of one of the cabinets. One unusual situation occurred. We requested 1 massage session, 2 people, 2hours each. It was terrific, but the payment process was confusing. The masseuses stated that we couldn't pay them directly..... that we needed to pay the villas and that we could do so with our credit card. Aji (the manager?), said we needed to pay him directly, cash only. Besides being told 2 different stories, and im sure the masseuses were being honest since they refused payment, it seemed odd. In summary, we loved the facilities, the location, the price, the massage, the cleaning crew.... but it was confusing dealing with the manager, Aji.

The house was wonderfully spacious
The sunken seating area was not fresh, lots of ants, there were cracks in the cushions

It was quiet and beautiful.
It’s super hard to get to the villa, you have to walk for almost 1 km. You have to walk on a very small path in the middle of the rice fields, if you are walking in the dark it’s scary and very hard. Not recommended for kids and old people. If you are riding a bike then it’s also super hard there is water around it gave me anxiety. Staff was friendly and welcoming but the 3rd day we ran out of the drinking water and had no water for almost 4 hours and staff didn’t pick up our calls. Pool is deep for kids.
