“Good location, but many areas for improvement in terms of comfort.”
The location is good, good area.
No personal contact with the host. Certain areas not hygienic, lots of dust in some places, ants everywhere. Many (barking) dogs in the alley. Villa location is incorrect on booking. No air conditioning in the living room so with 31 degrees you are inclined to stay in your bedroom.
