Everything loved there, value for money, hardworking, lovely and friendly staff always available to your service, really awesome stay there with our big group of 14 people but never felt lack of space, it was plenty besides the beautiful pool and sports area surrounded by lush green ambience, just loved it and same the staff has been brilliant, every essential nearby, wont hesitate to recommend, thanks a lot villa team ❤️

“We came from another villa where we left due to its poor condition and how dirty it was. The staff was super friendly. And in a short time”
The rooms were huge. All the facilities that were there. The billiards was a hit. The infinity pool. That you could swim
Everything was perfect

“Overall, our family, from the youngest to the oldest, thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay, and would return with no hesita”
CassaMia is very spacious with an excellent family atmosphere. It has the appropriate facilities to cater to our family consisting of 2 grandparents, 2 adult children, and 4 grandchildren. Each age group was very satisfied with the facilities provided. Manik, the CassaMia Manager was very professional, proactive and responsive to all our requests and queries from our very first enquiry 6 months prior to the trip, through the remaining months, up to and including the very warm reception on arrival, and the numerous requests we had during the 7 day stay at the villa. Manik was especially helpful in her suggestions regarding specific play equipment for our grandson's birthday and a birthday cake for his mum (our daughter) on the same day! The highlight was the special double birthday Indonesian Rijstaffel style lunch prepared and served at the villa , which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Regarding the villa staff, Wira, Ketut and Komang, they were simply a joy to be a part of the family activities throughout the week, unobtrusively and very efficiently going about their tasks, always smiling broadly. The villa was always kept clean from early morning to early evening, and they were always very responsive to all our requests. We cannot speak highly enough of them, CassaMia is very lucky to have such a competent Villa team. Terimakasih banyak to all.
Actually, from our point of view, there is nothing that our family "did not like" about CassaMia, it is a very professionally run holiday establishment.
