It had everything you would need, good value for money and if you have your own transport there is nothing to worry about.
It's a bit far from cafes, shops, restaurants etc. We had to travel minimum 20mins or so each time if we wanted to go anywhere. It was also quite hard for drivers to find as it is new and maps aren't accurate.
