We stayed for about 30 days at the end of March and beginning of April. Everything went wonderfully! The host and villa administrator were always available, and any questions were promptly addressed. Cleaning was done regularly, and we could arrange for specific cleaning needs and schedule. The villa had everything we needed, the air conditioners worked perfectly, the area was well-maintained, and the pool area was also well taken care of. The location was convenient, quiet yet close to everything we needed. The common area of kitchen-living room was open, with many geckos and visiting cats. A suggestion for the villa owners would be to adjust the refrigerator to make it cooler and plant more palm trees near the fence at the back of the property, where the pool and the small house corner are located.
Minor complaints about the condition of the plumbing and kitchen utensils. The refrigerator was not cooling well. But nothing serious.

We stayed at this villa in January, and on the 5th day we were robbed while on the property. We had left the neighboring bedroom house unlocked while having dinner in another house nearby. Upon going to sleep, we discovered that all our cash and jewelry had been stolen. No safe was provided, and there were no cameras covering the backyard. The police arrived the next day and were unable to help much. We conducted our own investigation and obtained footage from a nearby house camera, showing a person inspecting our house and fence for cameras before jumping over the fence. We wanted to leave and get a refund for the remaining stay, but the host initially refused and only agreed after lengthy discussions. Please be cautious when booking this place: ask for a safe, check the camera coverage, and always lock all parts of the property.
