The house was very nice and spacious. Location was really great. You can walk or use Grab to get anywhere. It is adjacent to a very cozy street. We found it ideal. Bedrooms were spacious and the air conditioning worked well. We were a bit scared by a recent review giving a 2, but that fear was really unnecessary.
There were 4 roosters at the neighbors' place right next to the house that started crowing early. In addition, the cottage did not feel perfectly clean, lots of lime in the bathroom, etc. But we did not experience any inconvenience from that. What was very disappointing is that you could not sit outside. The 2 chairs in the photo are not there, there is 1 rickety chair that we did not dare to sit on. They really need to do something about that, I think.
