Kitchen is dirty. A lot of cockroaches. AC is not cool. Many cracks in the walls. The water smells like iron because it's not from the city water supply.

Location just outside the center. Space for the family. Nice upper terrace. Well secured with a high gate that locks, you feel safe.
Kitchen could have been more complete, like a microwave or oven. Needs a refresh, everything is quite old-fashioned.

The atmosphere of the house is nice, quiet, and clean, but the smelly water is what makes it uncomfortable. The housekeeper is kind and friendly. The upper floor feels hot even though the AC is on. But I thank you for being able to stay for 3 days in this house.
Please improve the water source again, so that all guests who come can enjoy the house.

“Hot showers and cold AC in the heart of Jogja”
Spacious rooms, cold AC, and a well-equipped kitchen with essentials. There is even an extra room with a foldable bed for your personal driver or maid. Location is within walking distance to laundry shops (fast and affordable) and delicious cafes and restaurants. Love how kids have their own separate room with a bathroom upstairs. Super hot water in the showers is a plus after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommended!
