“Enjoyable but wouldn't choose it again.”
Comfortable, cozy, and nice ambiance. It has its private space. Not too far from Ubud center, we easily went everywhere by motorbike. The assistant was attentive, friendly, and helpful. Whenever we had a request, they promptly helped. The room was prepared before our arrival, air conditioners were on, and they kept in touch with us constantly.
The doors don't close properly, which is a big issue because it's very likely for bugs and mosquitoes to get in; there was a gecko in our room. I can't say the rooms and pool were very clean. Spider webs, dead insects, and dislodged curtains. The pool was murky. We asked for cleaning, but it was done hastily. We didn't make a big deal out of it since we didn't spend much time at home. One evening we found out we had no water; they fixed it the next morning. There was also construction right above us, so we were woken up at 8 am every day as if the workers were doing their job in our room. Water pressure was low.
