The staff is lovely and always willing to help. The breakfast is good and the wifi works well. It is close to one of the main streets in Ubud
The facilities are a bit old. The bathroom had no separation with the shower area and is a bit cumbersome. It is located in an alley that cannot be accessed by car.

Lovely staff. Nice and big room. We had the room in front of the pool
Mosquitoes and ants but it is quite normal given the setting. The accommodation is simply perfect!

Unfriendly reception. Immediately asked if we do not want to cancel via Booking and then arrange directly through them. We decided not to stay.
