“Avoid, in the middle of a building site, working between 7am and 21:00, 7 days a week!”
Villa itself is nice enough and spacious. House keeping is adequate BUT the property is in the middle of nowhere, immediately next to a building site which works between 7am and 21:00, 7 days a week. We were not pre-informed and not able to cancel the booking. Avoid for several months!!!
Location is not great, nothing active around except construction sites. This property is in the middle of a massive bunch of building sites, one immediately next to the building overlooking directly the bedrooms and the pool area. It was very intimidating. I do not recommend this property for at least several months while the hotel construction is ongoing.

chic, private pool with plants, spacious, quiet
poorly built, the unit heats up very quickly, you have to keep the AC running non-stop, very uneconomical. The bathroom smells. Probably doesn't dry properly

Centrally located
Workshop right next to the house, they start at 7 in the morning and go on late. Also contracted a severe virus from the water. The water was brown and full of debris. We ate off the plates and got sick. Also, there was often no water pressure, the shower would work after waiting 10-15 minutes with luck.
