Generally well maintained but a notable cleanliness service lapse: towels were not changed once during a week-long stay.
Very positive — staff (Ketut and team) were warm and helpful, offered early check-in, organised a birthday surprise and promptly fixed an electrical issue.
Strong — centrally located, about a 10-minute walk to the beach, close to many restaurants and supermarkets, easy walking distance to amenities.
Spacious bedrooms with large ensuites and comfortable beds, but some dated fittings/outdoor furniture and a minor electrical point issue (was fixed).
Excellent private outdoor pool, garden and pleasant communal areas; downside is lack of on-site reception/security desk and no CCTV noted by guests.

Overall very positive — guests said they loved their stay and would return; minor operational shortcomings (security/reception absence, towels, dated fittings) temper the perfect score.

4 grandes chambres douches avec salle de bain, la piscine extérieure privative, le jardin, vivre à l’extérieur, accueil chaleureux, on se sent comme à la maison, à 10 min à pied de la plage, très bien situé

Great location, beds were comfortable. Nice pool. They let us in earlier at 12pm which was great. Lovely staff. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Could walk to supermarkets.
We didn’t realise there was no security or reception desk until we got there. Nor CCTV cameras. Bit dated in fittings and outdoor furniture. Towels not changed once for a week long stay.

The villa was centrally located and easy walking distance to everything we needed. The communal areas were lovely as were the bedrooms with huge ensuites. Kerut and team went above and beyond to organise a birthday surprise which was amazing.
Nothing to note other than an electrical issue with one bedrooms power points not working which we advised kerut about and she promptly had it fixed.
