We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The service was impeccable, and our butler, Ngurah, was exceptional — always available, incredibly kind, and genuinely dedicated to making sure we were happy and comfortable. We truly felt that he went above and beyond for us. We also had the pleasure of having a private driver who accompanied us on an excursion and was both our driver and guide, which made the experience truly special. An unforgettable stay!

“The best place to stay in Ubud”
View was spectacular. Room was huge and had everything we needed for an amazing stay, plus it was beautifully landscaped and designed. Bed was super comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional - having someone on the street to help with traffic and luggage was a really thoughtful touch. Breakfast was delicious
One of the butlers was less good than the others - took us 3 tries to check out because we were charged *less* than we consumed, and he neither apologized nor said thank you
