Good location, good value for money.
It's very loud, you can hear the neighbors very well through the balcony. The neighbors were noisy until three in the morning and then from seven in the morning. You can hear every passing bike, every passing car, and they constantly woke us up.

Close to shops and night life, pictures looked great online, lots of potential
Safe didn’t have instructions, construction was extremely loud in the morning and bed super uncomfortable
