The property is located in a peaceful place, quiet and close to the beach. There are some warungs and restaurants nearby, small shops and local market. Small villa is very well equiped, it has everything for comfortable stay. It has small yard and a pool. Overall we had excellent experience and I can highly recommend this property

Perfect location close to the beach. The villa is comfortable and has a nice patio. There is everything you need for a short stay.
Unfortunately, the pool and sunbeds were not very clean.

The bathroom kitchen overall area was good. The pool and lounge outside were good. I like a top sheet when I sleep, we asked the Cleaning staff and they helped us out by giving us a top sheet. Communications to the manager was good, quick and easy to comprehend. A Good Warung Istana up the road for breakfast, lunch dinner. The Pirates Cove is another great Warung for an evening meal as it has a 180° view along the beach, although it’s a bit more expensive.
I didn’t like the fact that the air-conditioning unit was above the bed hard to change the controls because it was above your head. You can hear the noise more. Balian Beach is a surfing location but it’s no good for swimming in the surf, too treacherous.
