We had a great stay at this villa, even though we only stayed for one night. Our host was lovely, very welcoming, and really accommodating with us. She even agreed to postpone our check-out by an hour so we could enjoy the pool a little longer before our departure, which we greatly appreciated. The villa was very pleasant and everything went perfectly well. We would have liked to stay longer! I recommend without hesitation 😊

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The property was beautiful, clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The private pool was fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring Uluwatu. The staff was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We felt comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived
Honestly, there was very little to complain about. Everything met our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

During our stay, we encountered numerous difficulties. Literally on the very first day after check-in, there was no water at all—not just hot water—which was extremely inconvenient and was not resolved over the following several days. The Wi-Fi also stopped working properly almost immediately; even after it was fixed, it only worked in one room. Additionally, while fixing the Wi-Fi, the technician walked on the kitchen table with dirty feet, which was completely unacceptable. It was also frustrating that, despite a clear request for express laundry service, our clothes were not returned for the next two days. Overall, the situation became quite irritating and made it impossible to fully enjoy our time at the villa. The services were poorly organized and not carried out on time.
