Everything was perfect - the villa is clean, comfortable, and beautifully located (near Nusa Dua). The pool and surrounding nature made it truly relaxing. A wonderful place to recharge. Special thanks to Agung, our villa manager, for the warm hospitality and attentive service. Highly recommend!

The manager was always friendly and ready to help. He also recommended where to buy supplies, and whenever we needed help, he was connected. We had a little medical emergency, and he was absolutely helpful. I'm really grateful. The house is nice, the bedrooms are both comfortable, and the swimmingpool is outstanding. The complex is perfect if you want to just stay and go out to visit the city...
The kitchenware is too basic. we were a party of 4 and we had no anything extra more than 4 glasses, 4 big plates, 4 small plates, 4 cutlery set, etc... I mean, you want to relax and have a good time not to be always cleaning because you will run of glasses... also, the kitchen is huge and the house invites you to cook, but it had not even a simple cutting board, preparing a simple meal like a breakfast was challenging.
