“Good location, clean rooms, great butler service”
Well located with plenty of restaurants & cafes just a short walk away, great service by butler - Putra, & quite speedy replies by Betterplace (property management). However, do note that the narrow road leading to the property entrance is not a smooth road, with potholes & muddy puddles. Car can still access, walking is ok without luggage. Clean property, clean rooms, clean beds. But L1 (ground floor) bedrooms do have quite a strong old moisture smell. L2 rooms are very nice smelling. Pool is very clean, no leaves or whatsoever; Very good. There’s a huge open living area at L2 to chill out in the evenings. L1 living area (where entrance is) is also very cosy. Kitchen well equipped with drinking glasses, wine glasses, plates, etc. Water dispenser has options of cold, room & hot. Ice packs provided in freezer too.

“Clean, beautiful villa in a great location!”
We were instantly made to feel very welcome by Putra. He helped us with anything we needed and made our stay so easy. The villa is beautiful and spacious. All rooms had fans and air conditioning. Putra cleaned our villas and replaced towels as needed. The location was wonderful, tucked off the Main Street, but so close to everything you could want or need. Truly a hidden gem. Perfect for us, 4 couples staying together.
No problems at all.

“Living in the construction site”
The location was fine. Cafes and shops are nearby. Not far from the sea. The interior corresponds to the picture.
Our vacation was ruined due to the fact that the villa staff did not warn us that other villas were being built around the villa, which are bordered by a fence with this villa. The staff indicated that there may be a slight noise near the villa. However, the sounds of hammering, construction tools and the conversations of builders from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. cannot be called a small noise. The first morning we woke up to the sound of a drill. The builders also see what you are doing in the yard, how you swim in the pool and how you go to the two toilets on the ground floor. The toilets are in an open space, so you can't get alone in them. The personal space of the guests is completely violated. There are also rats rustling in the toilets on the ground floor, from which you are not protected. When we arrived at the villa, there was construction dust all around the pool and in it. The towels, bed linen, and sofa were very dirty and stained. The villa needs a general cleaning, and the quality of the renovation is terrible. The entrance to the villa is very bad, the road is country and it is difficult to get there on foot. We couldn't live in such conditions, and after the first night we left the villa. The villa staff wanted to help us solve the problem, but it is very difficult to come on vacation and not have personal space. Also, the additional cleaning offered did not help the villa at all.
