Pool areas need a revamp and water not as clean as could be.
Staff were friendly but communication could be improved.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
The villa was spacious and had a nice decoration but one room lacked an en-suite.
Some amenities are tired but overall well appointed, with a good Balinese feel.
Pretty good value for money.

Large villa, but built in Balinese style. Meaning beautiful but not quite fine-tuned. Perfect for two nights. The resort is pleasant, the food was very good, and the staff very friendly.
Bathroom not entirely clean, but that's often the case in Bali, so not a big deal.

We had the Villa Nuri (4 bedrooms). Beautiful, quiet, and clean.
Everything was fine.

Excellent location. Very quiet and peaceful. The villa was beautiful with plenty of space. The villa grounds were well-maintained, clean, and free from bad smells. Full kitchen.
We had 2 air conditioning issues while we were there, including one upstairs that was blocked and leaked water onto the floor, which then seeped into the bedroom below, getting items wet. Some preventative maintenance would be good.

The pool area is beautiful, with great cocktails and food, and the staff are lovely.
Location is not the best, with a very dirty beach nearby.
