The staff is extremely friendly, always smiling and very accommodating, which is definitely a big plus of this accommodation, the staff really tries to meet the guests' wishes and help to the best of their abilities.
During the one-week stay, there were quite a few inconveniences. Almost not a day passed without running out of water, which is very unpleasant and hinders the basic comfort of stay. Unfortunately, the pool was not suitable for use - the water was dirty, algae were visible at the bottom, although they occasionally turned on the pumps. Also, the air conditioning in the room works very poorly - it does not cool the room enough, and it is quite loud, which disturbs rest. We also had breakfast included in the accommodation price, but if you have planned activities before 8:00 in the morning, you will miss breakfast, a lunch box was not offered. Despite all these problems, it is worth noting that the staff really tries to meet the guests' wishes and help to the best of their abilities. It is necessary to emphasize that they ask for a good recommendation, as they are afraid that the owner will be angry with them for bad ratings.
