“Beautiful and stylish villa with exceptional staff, but a few maintenance issues need attention.”
We really loved the villa. The interior was stylish, spacious, and very cozy, making it a comfortable place to stay. We especially appreciated the Marshall, which was a lovely touch and added to the overall atmosphere. The location was great as well—convenient while still feeling peaceful. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They really made a big difference and added so much to the overall experience.
The shower was not working properly. There was almost no water pressure when using cold water, making it very uncomfortable to shower. Unfortunately, the issue could not be repaired during our stay. The pool was also much smaller than expected—really only suitable for one person. In addition, it had no lighting, so it didn’t feel inviting or enjoyable to use in the evening. Because of this, we didn’t use the pool at all
