We stayed for one night at Cozy Jogja and the check-in process was very easy. The host also provided complete information and recommendations, plus the receptionist is available 24 hours. For this price, I think the facilities provided are already very complete. Different from many other apartments that usually still use regular bed sheets, here they already use cool and comfortable white linens (at that price point, it's a deal breaker for me, hahaha). Soap, shampoo (not stingy), toothbrush, towels, coffee, tea, and even cooking utensils are already provided. Some spices are also available, so you don't need to buy everything if you want to cook. There is also a gym on the 2nd floor and a swimming pool. There is a supermarket right in front, so it's easy if you need anything. The location is also close to many popular places in Jogja, about 5 minutes to Louis Franc, Desa Palagan. I think the location is just right because it is still quite close to Malioboro, and if you want to go to Borobudur or Prambanan, you don't need to pass through the city traffic. According to locals, this area is also considered one of the elite areas in Jogja. Overall, the place is comfortable, practical, complete, and very worth it to stay in Jogja. Definitely will come back.
