Staff repeatedly described as super hospitable, attentive and helpful (including proactive WhatsApp support); service is a standout in many reviews.
Consistently praised as excellent — central, quiet despite being central, short walks to beach, restaurants and local attractions.
Rooms are described as modern and comfortable with nice showers and options (e.g., bathroom partition), but several comments note small rooms, less-comfortable beds and ground-floor noise issues.
Rooftop pool and views are frequently highlighted and facilities feel new; minor negatives include gym not being top-tier and reports the pool can feel undersized for occupancy.
Mixed sentiment: several guests call it great value, while at least one review felt it was too expensive for a 4‑star hotel.
Breakfast is often described as excellent, though some guests note limited breakfast/menu selection and non-local products used.
Overall very positive — many guests say they'd rebook, highlight memorable stays and praise the combination of location, staff and facilities.

Location. The rooftop pool is a standout. The twin room for my daughter & I was spacious. Love the shower 😍
Room service menu needs more snack options & comfort food.
