Nice modern room, all new, all working well. Nice little garden. Kitchen is ok. Lots of cafés and restaurants around. Still a few rice fields visible in the area.
Kitchen could be cleaner and better equipped, and even though it is advertised as usable for guests, I think for the staff it wasn't clear that guests could use it, as it was more of a staff kitchen. That was weird. Then there was an old man staying there over night and partly daytime in a small room and outside toilet. I guess for security reasons, but a guy with no private life or a wife, living on the property giving a little too much attention to the females, is just uncomfortable. If you travel as a couple you probably don't notice, but I had him stand in front of his door a few times at night, just when I wanted to enter the kitchen or came in and out of my room. Again, maybe to help (but I don't ned help using the kitchen, thank you). Creepy. Also, there was lots of loud music from nearby bars FRI - SUN, and a bit of construction noise from the bulding next door. So wasn't all quiet. It turned down around midnight though.
