“Convenient Location but Questionable Rental”
The place is clean and conveniently located within walking distance to the mall, with a nice environment. However, I have concerns about whether they are legally allowed to rent to guests. Since it’s not an official hotel, check-in is handled entirely through WhatsApp, and you may have to meet in awkward places for ‘check-in.’ Despite all this, they still collect a ‘deposit,’ so keep that in mind if you decide to stay here.

“Disappointing!”
Disappointing stay in this residence. It is very complicated to find the residence. Fortunately, our driver agreed to communicate directly with the rental agency. The photo indicated a washing machine: a practical element after spending 2 months traveling. Upon arrival, no machine. The rental agency informs me that the apartments are assigned based on availability, not all of them have this element. One of the bathrooms could not be used as each shower flooded the bathroom. Access to the pool was not possible. Too bad with children aged 5, 7, and 8 and temperatures of 35 degrees. A deposit is requested when nothing was indicated. Either we paid the deposit or we had to leave the premises (not very customer-friendly). Finally, we asked for a place to leave our luggage between check-out and the departure to the airport. The agency told us it was possible. On the day of arrival, this was no longer possible as there was no more space in the storage area. The agency offered us only one option: to leave our luggage in a renovated apartment with (of course) an additional cost.

It was a great location you can walk to the mall and the market but you have to have WhatsApp app that's the only way they want to communicate you have to make an arrangements to get the key and also check out stove didn't work and there's no way to make hot water
