Property is quiet and friendly. There is a back gate which leads to all the shops and restaurants. Also you’re able to walk through into their other hotel and use facilities.

Good address if you want to visit Kuta, just a little off the noise
the fact that my daughter did not have a bed for 11 years but a mattress on the floor paying anyway, quite comfortable nevertheless...
