Breakfast was included and goes until 10 am. We arrived at 9:40 to be told that the chef no longer felt like cooking

Water in the shower was nice and warm. Air conditioning was nice and cold. Staff friendly and helpful. We could choose whether we wanted a room on the ground floor or the first floor. Spacious room with space to put things down. Free bottles of water were replenished after the first night. We were shocked by the most recent reviews (supposed to be dirty, etc.). Therefore, we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the room and everything looked clean.
There was a lot of noise at the reception at night (we slept next to it). Beds were quite hard, could feel the wires running through. Water in the shower drain came up when you turned on the faucet of the sink. Breakfast times were not informed at check-in. The free shuttle service van was broken, so a taxi had to be called for 150,000rp.

The hot shower had good pressure. Spacious room. The hotel provided free breakfast of nasi goreng or a toasted sandwich, and other meals had to be paid for if needed. The staff were friendly and courteous and are trying to learn English. Just use Google Translate. A short walk to the beach for great sunsets. The Warung at the start of the street to the hotel is great and cheap!
Directions to the hotel / fix the address on booking.com. The hotel was 5km from the city, but hiring a scooter or getting a grab bike at 20,000 rph resolved that.
