“Hard beds.”
The bed was so hard that I couldn't sleep. They definitely need new mattresses. I'm a side sleeper and woke at 4 30am with back pain.

We paid for some services, they closed them all for maintenance for a day, I'm talking about the bar restaurant and the upstairs room with tables and chairs, we have 3 children and we looked for our holiday facilities to be able to dine at the restaurant, they closed them for an entire day and being a hotel outside the tourist center we had to have takeaway dinner, we ate on the floor of the room, unfortunately the child stained the bed with the white sheet, they made us pay for the stain. It seems absurd to me because being white sheets a turn in the washing machine would come off immediately because they are not permanent stains and 2 if they had something open either a restaurant or tables on the top floor we could have eaten decently. Never again, dishonest because it was their fault that we had to dine in the room, I pointed it out and they smiled and apologized, I wonder what for
