Nothing.
Dirty hotel, we did not stay there and ultimately chose another hotel. The rooms were very dirty, there were flies and mosquitoes everywhere. Unfortunately, we lost the paid amount, a waste. Cheap accommodation but definitely not as shown in the pictures.

Total scam. The place looked nothing like the pictures. Dirty, unlivable, electricity was down, location isn't in Prawirotaman but in the alley near the cemetery. I was shocked after looking at the non-existing exotic garden (only unkempt weeds) and rundown place. Checked the room just to be sure. Totally busted! I saw it listed in many apps with a non-refund policy. Another couple arrived just as shocked. I didn't stay long enough to protest. This place should be banned.

The place is near convenience stores such as Alfamart and Indomaret. You only need to walk about 100m. There is a fried duck restaurant, fried chicken restaurant in front of the hotel. Matahari Jaya Plaza is close to this hotel. The staff is kind, the bed is comfortable enough. Tourist spots such as the Sultan's Palace, Malioboro are about 3-4 km away.
The bathroom is not very clean. You can make it better🙂
