Staff were very welcoming, good central location. Room was comfortable.value for money.
Breakfast/bar area could be kept cleaner. Tables were sticky and didn't appear to be cleaned down. Breakfast fridge containing milk/yoghurt needs a good clean.

Lovely looking interior. Staff were exceptionally good.
General cleanliness is ok butthe bathroom needs a deep clean and drinking areas near the bar are nit kept clean. In 8 days I didn't see anyone use a damp or wet cloth.

I lost my wallet and only realized it the next day. Thankfully, the hotel staff kept it safe, and everything was still there cash cards everything! Really appreciate the honesty and good service. The hotel was clean and comfortable, Thank you Luminor! 😇🤩
