Internet not regularly available, no power, no water in room for over 4 hours each day … and at night … I was there. Toilet placement immediately in front of bathroom sink and mirror, strange. Saw some customers leave for another property, I nearly did to but was leaving Bali the next day. Avoid and go elsewhere.

Upon arrival, the first impression is the pool, which had dirty and murky water. Upon entering the room, there were mosquitoes inside and the water was overflowing from the toilet. The cistern was not working. The gel and shampoo were in refilled and dirty bottles. The towels were also dirty and the sheets the same. We went to reception to comment on the toilet and the sheets since even though we were only staying there for one night, it didn't seem acceptable to us. The guy came to look at the toilet and the solution was to put a towel on the floor to soak up the water and tell us that the technician wouldn't come until the next day. He changed the sheets but once again they were dirty. Apparently clean but with stains again.
