Good quiet location but close to main street with restaurants and bars, short walk to beginning of beach path. Nice room in well kept pretty garden. Choice of lovely breakfast. Owner Wayan and staff are really nice and helpful.

We were with our daughter. We liked everything! Charming Miss Wayang - the hotel owner herself takes care of order and prepares very tasty breakfasts! I have never seen such a sensitive person who will prepare breakfast in the evening and pack it so that you can eat it on the road just because you have an excursion at 6 in the morning! She will take care not only of breakfast, but also recommend where to go, where the nearest souvenir shop with cheap prices is, listen to all the impressions you want to share! The main thing is the feeling of care and family! We really felt like we came to visit a sister. She won't interfere with less talkative people with advice and questions. Everything is focused on a comfortable stay! Very clean and beautiful area! Not many rooms - no hustle and bustle! All plumbing works fine, hot and cold water without problems. The hotel is located a couple of minutes from the main road, which protects from street noise. Highly recommend!
Everything is excellent!

My wife and I vacationed in June 2026 for a week. Only positive emotions from the reception, communication, support, and breakfasts. Wayan - the hostess, is very, very hospitable and welcoming. Fresh tasty breakfasts to choose from. Well-kept area, clean linens. The air conditioner works great. The room is not large, but sufficient for two with chairs/table on the terrace. An economical option, but the best of the economy. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and beachfront paths. Perfect balance of location/price/quality for its price. All necessary shops around (2 minutes). Quiet, peaceful. The hostess recommended a driver - Gusti with his minibus for very reasonable money. We traveled with him throughout the vacation, and even when we moved to other locations, we called him. You can trust him and leave valuables in the car. When we are in Bali, we will gladly stay with Wayan again.
If you understand that this is not a 5-star hotel, then there are no drawbacks.

The positive point is the kindness of the staff
I did not appreciate the noise, the proximity between the reception, the hotel kitchen, and the other guests
